Understanding Host to Host on Computer Networks
Labels: Networks
What was host to host? Host to host a form of connection and communication in a computer network that occurs between hosts, ie computers with other connected devices. Host to host occurs at the Network Layer in the network. Host to Host is one of the four forms of communication and connection in a computer network.
In The Host-to-host recognition occurs between hosts via a computer network address based Internet Protocol, or more often we are with the IP so that between computers that are connected and can communicate mutually recognize each other both computers and other connected devices via the network address obtained.
As an illustration, for example, computer A is sending computer data packets with the IP address 192.100.100.1 which sends a data packet to another computer with the IP 192.100.100.2, the second computer will be able to identify through IP address obtained either IP address automatically (DHCP) or IP obtained manually.
Besides host to host also serves as a provider of connection and communication for the process to process so that host to host this very important presence in a computer network.
